Luxury Duffel Bag Designer Needed

I’m seeking a talented product designer with experience in designing handbags, creating comprehensive tech packs, and collaborating with manufacturers. We’re in the early stages of building a new brand focused on high-end, timeless, and functional duffel bags, and we need someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and able to deliver production-ready designs. Key Responsibilities: • Design handbags/duffels with a balance of creativity and functionality • Develop full tech packs, including: • Measurements & dimensional drawings • Stitching and construction details • Materials, linings, trims, hardware (zippers, clasps, metal finishes) • Production-ready files manufacturers can directly work with • Create detailed renderings (3D/4D, all angles—inside & outside) • Collaborate with manufacturers to ensure design feasibility & production quality • (Bonus) Experience with Bali-based production, sustainable materials, or small-batch manufacturing Ideal Skills & Experience: • Proven portfolio in bag/accessory design (please share PDF or link) • Strong expertise in tech pack creation and manufacturer handoff • Solid understanding of bag construction and detailing • Creative mindset with sharp attention to detail • Knowledge of sustainable or innovative materials is advantageous If you’re passionate about design and can take a concept from idea → rendering → production-ready files, I’d love to hear from you!
