Crestron DM Conference Room Troubleshoot

Client has Crestron code from previous programmer and we have determined the CP3 is unresponsive. It is on the network but it can’t be pinged. We need a DM programmer to go on site in NYC, see if they can log in to the CP3 and get it to become responsive, possibly via a factory reset and a code restore. If this does not work, we’d like to have a replacement CP3 on hand to switch outC load with code and, hopefully bring the system back online. There is a 16x16 matrix, 2 projectors, several TV screens, PC sources, Apple TV and cable box sources.
