Descripción del Proyecto: Somos una empresa regional de venta y servicio de maquinaria de construcción (trituración, concreto, asfalto y repuestos) con presencia en Honduras, Nicaragua, El Salvador y Costa Rica. Buscamos un asesor con experiencia real en talleres de maquinaria pesada y postventa, para ayudarnos a: Objetivos: 1. Organización y optimización del taller: • Diseño e implementación de órdenes de trabajo estandarizadas (OTs). • Medición de tiempos de trabajo por técnico y por tipo de reparación. • Buenas prácticas para solicitud y control de stock de repuestos (incluyendo indicadores de consumo). • Definición de roles y manuales de puesto para técnicos y jefes de taller. • Organización de reuniones efectivas y rutinas de seguimiento. 2. KPIs y gestión de postventa: • Definir indicadores clave para técnicos y taller: (tiempos de diagnóstico, cumplimiento de mantenimientos, eficiencia en uso de repuestos, ingresos por servicio, etc.) • Establecer un sistema de medición y reportes periódicos (informes y tableros). 3. Cobertura de ventas en servicio y repuestos: • Diseñar un esquema para que el taller y postventa generen oportunidades comerciales (ej. upselling de repuestos o contratos de mantenimiento). 4. Digitalización y CRM HubSpot: • Implementar tickets en HubSpot Service Hub para gestionar trabajos y seguimiento (parcial o total del taller): • Creación de pipelines de servicio. • Automatización de tareas y notificaciones. • Integración de OTs y reportes de taller con CRM. • Capacitación al equipo para usar correctamente el sistema. ⸻ Perfil del Asesor que Buscamos: • Experiencia comprobada en gestión de talleres de maquinaria pesada (construcción, minería, concreto o similar). • Conocimiento en KPIs de servicio técnico y postventa. • Experiencia en digitalización de procesos y CRMs (HubSpot deseable, pero también se aceptan Salesforce, Zoho, etc.). • Capacidad de crear manuales de procedimiento y plantillas prácticas. • Ideal: experiencia implementando Service Hub o sistemas de tickets para talleres. ⸻ Entregables esperados: 1. Manual de procesos del taller: OTs, roles, medición de tiempos y reuniones. 2. Definición de KPIs y esquema de reportes para técnicos y repuestos. 3. Procedimiento para solicitudes y control de stock. 4. Implementación o guía de configuración de tickets en HubSpot. 5.
