We have recently migrated from CRM 2011 to CRM 2016. We are now facing issue to configure Outlook client. It seems authentication from Outlook client to server seems fine but some issue in server. In log we can see continuous error as below.
The Email Router service could not process a provider work item using assembly: [login to view URL] and class: Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.SmtpPollingSendEmailProvider. [login to view URL]: Metadata contains a reference that cannot be resolved: 'https://<server>:444/STA/XRMServices/2011/[login to view URL]'. ---> [login to view URL]: The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel.
