Entrepreneurship Speaking Engagements Outreach Assistant

Research and outreach are needed to place me as a keynote or workshop presenter at corporate leadership events, conferences and workshops that centre on entrepreneurship. The priority audiences are veteran and nonprofit organisations as well as universities and dedicated veteran programmes, so every lead must align with at least one of those groups. The work unfolds in two stages. First, build a rolling pipeline of qualified opportunities taking place in the next 6–18 months across North America (and virtually worldwide). Each entry should include organiser contacts, event theme, speaker submission deadline, past speaker profiles and any available fee or honorarium details. Typical sources will be LinkedIn, event portals, association calendars and direct website research; an Excel or Google Sheet tracker is perfectly fine. Second, conduct personalised cold outreach to conference planners and programme managers. Email and LinkedIn will be the main channels, with messaging crafted around my background in entrepreneurship and military service. Maintain a CRM-style log of every touchpoint so we can see open rates, replies and next actions. Once a lead shows interest, hand it over to me for a call or provide calendar options if the organiser is ready to book. Deliverables accepted when: • At least 40 qualified event leads are logged by the end of the first month, each matching the audience and topic criteria. • A minimum of 3 warm conversations with decision-makers are generated every week after outreach begins. • All data is kept current, clearly organised and shareable via Google Drive. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, [login to view URL] or similar email-finding tools will help you move faster, but any reliable method is acceptable so long as the numbers above are met. Clear, concise English communication and respect for organiser inboxes are essential throughout the process.
