I run a busy sewing studio and I’m ready to move all of our customer-care workflows into Kommo CRM. My main objective is to strengthen how we manage customer relationships, so I need the system configured to capture every interaction and keep my client database organised and easy to segment. Here’s what I’m looking for: • Configure customer contact management in Kommo: custom fields that suit a sewing studio (measurements, project history, preferred fabrics, etc.) and a clean import of my existing contacts. • Set up interaction tracking so every call, email or WhatsApp chat is logged automatically against the right contact. • Build simple, practical customer segmentation—tags, smart lists or pipelines—so I can quickly pull groups like VIP clients, first-timers or alteration-only customers. At the moment I’m not connecting outside software; I just want Kommo running smoothly on its own. Once the core is rock-solid we can look at extra integrations later. The finished job is a live Kommo account I can start using the same day: contacts in place, pipelines and stages labelled clearly, and an easy way for me to add or edit data as new orders come in.
