We are a roofing & exteriors company offering services to homeowners.
We're looking for a ZOHO specialist to help us setting up the CRM to our needs. We have many projects/tasks but the first task is to develop a quoting and project management systems. We want to be able to create quotes for different services offered quickly. The quotes can offer different product lines as options to the clients.
The quotes for each have to be automated based on few components (Material Cost, Labor Cost, Delivery Fees & Dumpster) which will always be different from one job to another depending on the roof, siding property's measurement.
The project management part is to then be able, depending on the customers selection, to generate Work Orders and assign them to a sub-contractor, to generate Product Order to be sent to our suppliers/vendors and of course Invoice and Sales Receipt when completed. When multiple services/trades are involved for a job, we want to be able to create milestones to help us tracking the job development and job flow.
IMPORTANT: We currently have a custom template for our documents (Quote, W.O, P.O, Invoice, Sale Receipt) which is important to keep. I don't want any ready-made template and our design has to be replicate.
I've tried creating a flowchart, it may not be 100% representative as I'm not really familiar with this but can give an idea.
