Hiring: Lead Handling & Conversion Specialist (Mortgage Industry – Remote) We are a USA based mortgage brokerage working with both U.S. citizens and foreign nationals. We're hiring freelancers who can manage and convert leads — from first contact to qualification — and pass them to our internal team for deal processing. If you’re fast, reliable, and experienced in calling and converting leads in the mortgage or real estate space, this is for you. Role: Lead Handling & Conversion Specialist Primary Goal: Call all leads (new + old), qualify them based on key criteria, and nurture them until they are ready to be passed to our loan processing team. Responsibilities: New Lead Management (Call Setter & Qualifier): Call new leads immediately upon receipt. Ask key pre-qualification questions (loan type, investor experience, down payment, property type). Tag, log, and route qualified leads into our CRM pipeline. Old Leads Reactivation: Call and re-engage leads from our existing database. Requalify cold or inactive leads. Update CRM records and forward revived leads to the next step. Follow-Up (Rover Tasks): Follow up with interested leads who haven't moved forward. Ensure no good lead is lost due to delays or lack of communication. Stay in touch until the lead is warm and ready for handoff. Maintain clear, structured notes and updates in our CRM. Requirements: Fluent spoken English with a confident phone presence. Experience in outbound calling or cold reactivation. Experience in mortgage, real estate, or lead qualification roles. Fast response time during U.S. business hours. Strong organization and follow-up skills. Ability to work with CRM systems. Familiarity with DSCR or investor loan criteria is a plus. Compensation: Hourly or per-qualified-lead basis (to be discussed). Bonus potential for high-volume conversion. Opportunity for long-term collaboration.
