Looking for the CRM expert with following skills for full time.
-7+ years of experience around Dynamics CRM applications
-Extensive functional domain experience in Customer engagement, Project operations,
Sales & Marketing and Field Services.
-To be successful, he or she must have proven experience managing projects through
the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing multi-phase/multi-
dimensional/multi-resource projects to conclusion while maintaining high customer
-Participate in client functional and technical workshops, to analyze and design
-Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement technical solutions
-Define and evaluate the non-functional/technical requirements for each business
process in your workstream
-Worked atleast 1-2 integration projects/implementations for D365CE
Identify GAPs in product and pass on to stake holder and provide a strategic solution
for implementing those
-Demonstrated excellence at presenting complex development topics to both executive
and technical personnel
