Hi There Nice to "e" meet you, There are multiple options available in the market, the selection of the tool will depend on the budget for ongoing licensing, support as well as the depth of the configuration as listed on the required functionality. Also - is there documentation available to determine the scope? (Such as an in depth requirements document)? Should this not be available, I highly recommend that analysis is done to determine the full requirements for configuration. Projects such as this, if not planned correctly may run vastly over budget should these measures not be put in place, especially those requiring multiple system integrations, for example - Is there an existing tool in place? Do you know the frequency of integrations? Are there API's? Are the other systems ON PREM or Online? What is used for Authentication? This will also assist with project management planning and the delivery cycle.
