I need an experienced outbound Sales Development Representative who can jump straight into cold-calling mid-sized technology companies and convert those conversations into booked meetings on my calendar. The objective is simple and singular: setting qualified appointments with decision-makers who match our ideal customer profile. You’ll receive an initial brief that covers the offer, ICP, talk track and access to our CRM plus a power-dialer. From there, I expect you to: • Hit an agreed daily call volume, logging every interaction in the CRM. • Qualify prospects against the criteria I provide and secure firm dates and times for discovery calls. • Deliver a concise end-of-day report summarising dials, connects and appointments set. I’m targeting North American time zones, so confident, accent-neutral English is important. If you already know your way around tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach or similar dialers, mention it—the faster you can plug in, the better. Success will be measured by the number of kept appointments per week and the completeness of your call notes.
