I need support handling outbound calls so my calendar fills with qualified sales meetings. You’ll be dialling both our existing client list and fresh leads we generate daily, introducing our offer, confirming interest, and locking in a time on my schedule. I’ll provide a brief overview of our value proposition, a CRM login, and the call script we currently use. Your job is to follow the script naturally, adapt to objections, gather any missing decision-maker details, and leave the prospect with a confirmed date, time, and email confirmation of the meeting. Please be comfortable spending several hours a day on the phone, logging concise call notes, and hitting agreed-upon daily appointment targets. Familiarity with modern VoIP dialers or CRM click-to-call functions will help you move quickly, but if you have another system you prefer I’m open to it as long as call recordings are easy to retrieve. Deliverables I’ll review every day: • A list of completed calls with outcome codes in the CRM • Calendar invites sent to me and the prospect for each meeting booked • A short voice recording or transcript of at least one successful call for quality assurance If you have proven sales-call experience and a clear, confident phone presence, let’s talk so you can start setting right away.
