I run a fast-growing web design and development agency that builds high-converting, custom websites for small-to-medium businesses. Our target clients span multiple industries—healthcare, e-commerce, and real estate—but the conversations will be all very similar to one another, but the end goal is always the same: help them see how a conversion-focused site will grow their revenue. All lead generation are already handled by my team. What I need is a sharp, US-based closer who can step in with a cold prospect, guide the final conversation, and secure the signature. Your core focus • Pick up cold leads, schedule or join the call, and close the deal. • Apply consultative selling, solution selling, and, when appropriate, hard selling techniques to match each prospect’s decision style. • Keep concise notes in our CRM so my project managers have full context once the project kicks off. Success will be measured by closed-won revenue and the speed at which deals move from proposal to contract. If you have a track record of turning cold interest into signed projects—and you’re comfortable working remotely within US time zones—I’d love to hear how you can help drive our next phase of growth. This is a pure commission based job but we can work and modify based on needs. A high converting sales closer will always get more by a full commission based job. Packages are 1497$ and 997$. We are willing to pay extra for full-commission based closers with expertise. We are looking for just one for the moment. 25% base commission + 35% base commission for all sales once over the 5 sales. You'll have about 30 calls to do daily give or take. You can do how many you like--you own the direction, but daily we give you about ~60 new leads.
