We currently use Zoho as our CRM for our Sales and CS teams. We have an internal "Admin" who knows Salesforce but has only limited ZoHo experience. We need someone he can call with questions, get best practices/tips from, solve issues, and help us make changes on an ongoing basis, as needed. We are a small company with 5 ZoHo users. Ideally, you're available during US working hours, but this isn't 100% required (please specify when you're available).
