Job Description:
We transform educational experience in an exciting interactive adventure. The heritage users will be engaged in a game in educational or cultural sites.
We create Mixed Reality through Microsoft HoloLens. The user will be free to move into the environments for interacting with both digital and physical objects. This creates new opportunities in cultural storytelling, especially if it is combined with an educative serious game. It is entertainment and education together, edutainment.
Each cultural heritage site or museum is an episode of the series, but it is also accessible individually. However, we aim to create an interaction between users throughout all the series of sites. Since the devices require important hardware investments, users will rent them into the heritage sites where the experience is planned.
At the moment, we are realizing two different prototypes. The first one is a Sardinian archaeological site. No gamification is involved, just the educative use of Mixed Reality for culture. It is an endorsement of the technic and the logistic of the company. The first app will be published on March 31st 2021. The second one is a project into the Veneranda Biblioteca Ambrosiana in Milan. This episode is divided in 4 different sub projects: the Roman Forum of Milan, Cripta del Santo Sepolcro, Biblioteca Ambrosiana (which includes the Codex Atlanticus by Leonardo da Vinci) and Pinacoteca Ambrosiana.
