Migrate VB.NET App to SQL

I have a desktop ordering system written in VB.NET that currently relies on a Microsoft Access back-end and a set of Crystal Reports. I want the entire solution moved to SQL Server 2019 while preserving every feature, screen, and report exactly as they behave today. The only changes I am looking for are under the hood: – Move the current Access schema and data to a new SQL Server 2019 database. – Update all connection strings and data-access code ([login to view URL], TableAdapters, queries, etc.) so the application compiles cleanly and runs against SQL Server. – Re-point each Crystal Report to the new SQL Server data source; the report design, parameters, and output must remain unchanged. – Deliver a tested, ready-to-run VB.NET solution, a SQL script or backup file that recreates the database, and brief setup notes so I can build and deploy it myself. If you have experience refactoring VB.NET applications to SQL Server and working with Crystal Reports, this should be a straightforward migration with no functional rewrites required.
