html/css customization of themeforest responsive template (5 pages)

I am developing a website and need templates customized. We have purchased the “Metronic Responsive Admin Dashboard Template” ([login to view URL]) and designed mockups for about 5 pages using elements already included with the template package. We want the awarded HTML/CSS guru we employ to take the mockups we created and produce HTML/CSS/JQUERY that maintains the Responsiveness of the template. You will be responsible for getting familiar with all the elements included in the purchased Metronic template so that you can look at our mockups and know what html elements are already available for your use to be customized, and those that you will have to create from scratch. We are providing detailed descriptions of the mockups and where the content is taken from within the template (link below) We have also purchased the FusionWidgetsXT package from [login to view URL] and these charts will be used instead of the ones included with the template. You will just be responsible for formatting them properly and laying out on the page. Work must be completed by 5/17 so please message me ASAP and lets get started.
