Need CSS expert immediately

I need someone that can start immediately. Budget is $100. You must mention a problem with the site that you notice in responsive view at 320px wide to be considered for this project so that no generic bids will be accepted. No bidding without actually reviewing the work. I have a project that needs an expert at CSS for taking care of some issues we are having. It should be a few hours work to clean everything up to the point where we can show the client. There may be changes she asks for at that point because she is extremely picky. We are having some problems with things that should be simple and others that may be more tricky. Some issues are regarding responsive views. One way or another, you must be an expert at CSS, you should be someone that would be considered no less than a 9 out of 10 in css skills. Only apply if you are experienced at responsive css as well. I need someone that can look at a screen, see the issues and fix them. I will work with you, but as much as you can fix that are obvious problems like overlapping text, things not lining up, etc without needing to be told all the better. Screenfly can be used for testing across browsers and sizes. Attached is access to the site that needs to be fixed with login details as it is required to access the site. It is an oscommerce site. There are obvious issues and then there will be others that may be more subtle that I will point out.
