PSD to HTML conversion

Hi there, I need someone to make some minor modifications to my PSD template and then convert it to HTML and upload it onto my server. The website is a 5 page simple website in psd format. I need someone who an expert at PSD to HTML conversion. It is very important that all of the Photoshop fonts remain EXACTLY the same when the site is converted to HTML. So I also need someone who is an expert with font coding. The entire website needs to look exactly like the PSD file after it is converted. I have had problems with freelancers in the past with not coding things properly so if you cannot make the HTML pages look EXACTLY the same as the PSD files then please do not apply. If there is even one pixel out of allignment I will notice and request it to be changed. I will also have SEO work in place so I need someone who knows how to deploy an SEO optimized website website properly with very clean code. I also need you to submit a site map. If you do not know how to do these things correctly then please do not apply. It's very important that this website is deployed properly and is SEO optimized. Long term work available if the job is done to a high standard. Applicant must provide live links of previous work. The more examples the better. I need this completed in fairly quick, so speed is important. This should be fairly easy as there is not too much work here.
