Changing to Futura Book Font on Website - please read my description

I want to change the entire website from Poppins to Futura Book. I tried to make the change but it is showing Futura Bold. This was the code I was using:

I would like to be able to talk it thru with someone since I will be the one making the updates and uploads. I assume it is faster to upload, then link to and use fonts located on the server, right? So, I have now purchased Futura Font to go in that direction. The website is bootstrap/css based. If you respond to try and work on this with me, please say "Red" in your answer so I know you actually read this.
