Fix Contact Forms on 2x Websites that are Identical Template - ReactJS Native Bootstrap on GitLab - Easy Job for React Expert

I have 2x identical template websites that are very much completed except for the following:
1 - The Submit (contact) forms on the front page just need to be configured to send to the correct email. Right now they are not configured and do not send to my email. May require code inspection and additional code from you to make the form work I am not sure how complete the form is.
2 - I want to add some more pictures and content to one of the websites only. I will supply the content and pictures. I also need the background changed on one of the websites and need your assistance to add a stock background image but I don't have access to any stock image websites hope that you have shutterstock access or similar.
This project for the right person might only take 2 hours.
WHAT'S IMPORTANT: I am very very picky about alignment, font size, responsiveness and how everything looks on MULTIPLE SCREENS. I can sometimes be VERY annoying about these things and I expect someone who can deal with all requests about alignment / font / color / size because I will check EVERYTHING under a MICROSCOPE !
