I need following function, when a user comes to the website pop up appears in a custom timer. user cant close the pop up. but it close automatically in given timer and redirect the whole website to another url. Pop up Must be responsive in both desktop and mobile. it must contain header, then image below ( gif image ), then text below and a button to an url ,open in new tab. when user click the button it should go to the given url according to the device ( desktop or mobile ) and according to the country. please read before you bid.
