Electronic business (E-business) is new level that involves transformation of key business processes through the use of internet technologies. E-business is aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of organization by deploying innovative information and communication technologies throughout an organization and beyond. The new economy need a new paradigm, to be successful in managing e-business a breadth of knowledge is needed of different business process and activities from across value chain such as marketing, product development and inbound and outbound logistics etc.
It&acirc;€™s apparent that E-business involves looking at how electronic communication can be used to enhance all aspect of an organization&acirc;€™s supply chain management. It also involves optimizing an organization value chain, a relative concept that describe the different value-adding activities that connect a company&acirc;€™s supply side with it demand side. Let us now focus deeply on how modern technologies such as internet affect consumer behaviour.
