I am looking for a programmer that can create a custom SSH tunnelling program that can be used to lower the ping response times for gamers connecting to USA servers.

For example, for those players playing World of Warcraft outside of the USA, they can use a program like SocksCap and Putty and SSH to a US based webserver and lower their ping times from 400-700ms to 200-400ms. There are company's providing similar services and you can look at www . lowerping . com as an example.

I am looking to create an all in one program that will replace the need for Sockscap and putty and make the process extremely simple. Current solutions out there (ie, lowerping) can be quite difficult for the average user to configure and my intention is to have one program that replaces putty/sockscap and automatically configures everything.

Ideally, it will work on XP, Vista and both 32 and 64 bit.

This project would have a long term potential.
