I need an English-speaking chat agent who can stay online during standard business hours to greet visitors, answer product questions, and resolve or escalate issues in real time. You will work exclusively through our existing live-chat widget; if you already know tools such as Zendesk Chat, Intercom, or LiveChat, you’ll be productive from day one. My priorities are speed, accuracy, and a friendly tone that reflects our brand voice. Typical conversations involve order status checks, basic troubleshooting, and guiding prospects toward the right product. When a question falls outside the provided knowledge base, you’ll tag the chat and pass it to the appropriate internal team so the customer never feels abandoned. We are providing A-z guidance Accepting Junior Positions too Deliverables I expect: • Continuous coverage during my local business hours (I’ll confirm the exact schedule once we connect) • Average first-response time under one minute • Chat transcripts properly tagged and logged in our CRM at day’s end • A concise daily summary highlighting recurring issues or opportunities for improvement If you’re comfortable multitasking, typing quickly, and keeping customers happy while juggling several simultaneous chats, we’ll be a great fit.
