I need a dedicated customer-service professional to handle all incoming queries for my business strictly through phone and email. From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Cairo time) you will answer calls, monitor the support inbox, and resolve issues or route them to me when escalation is required. Clear, polite Arabic communication is essential; solid written English for occasional bilingual emails is a plus. Typical tasks you’ll cover each day include: • Answering product or order questions by phone, logging each call in a simple CRM or shared spreadsheet. • Responding to emails within one business hour, following provided templates where they exist and drafting new replies when they don’t. • Summarising recurring issues in a brief end-of-day report so we can improve processes. I will supply all call-handling software, email access, FAQ documents, and a quick training session before we go live.
