You do not have to translate, this is a customer service job.
Client service is very important. Your task will be to answer calls, chats, and emails, help the client and give as much information as possible. You will have software available for support giving the information.
We also require to be able to have technical knowledge about editing documents, converting documents to pdf, and comparing those documents before giving them to the translator.
We require a fast response to our customers in email, chat, and calls. You must be available to work on Saturday or Sunday or to change shifts in case of sickness and holidays. Experience in customer service is a must, client satisfaction, and perfect English for answering phone calls and chats. You need to have good internet connection and quiet surroundings to work for professional customer support..
We will train you for this job. We only search for people that are highly motivated and eager to work.
Timeshift you need to work in is Miami time 10.30 am till 7 pm.
