ONLY COLLABORATORS located in Latinoamerica I need a proactive, detail-oriented agent to keep MiPapaya’s daily remittance flow running smoothly while giving our customers first-class support. Your strongest track record should be in customer service, and you must be very comfortable performing KYC/AML checks on every transaction that crosses your screen. Excel or Google Sheets will be your constant companions for reconciliations, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis; familiarity with CRM or other compliance platforms is welcome, but not mandatory. The job breaks down into three equal parts: • Customer service — responding to senders and receivers in both Spanish and English, resolving issues before they escalate. • Operations — validating and releasing international transfers, balancing settlement files, and flagging anything that looks off. • Compliance — running OFAC, KYC and AML reviews, documenting findings, and escalating suspicious activity to our compliance lead. You’ll collaborate daily with tech and compliance colleagues, suggest process tweaks, and log every anomaly so we can keep improving. The role is full-time (40 h/week), fully remote, and open only to professionals currently based in Latin America. Our monthly compensation is USD $400, paid on time every month.
