I run a small Italian e-commerce company based in France and selling mainly through Amazon. At this early stage the call volume is modest, yet I want every buyer to feel looked after in their own language. What I need from you • Answer incoming French and German customer calls a few hours per week, providing courteous, solution-oriented support. • Place outbound calls in France when a situation requires clarification—most commonly to verify a delivery issue or locate a lost parcel. Languages Customers will speak French or German; internally we exchange information in Italian and, when helpful, in German, Ukrainian or Russian, so comfort with at least one of those internal languages is important for smooth hand-offs. Hours & growth For now the workload is light and flexible. From January onward I expect expanded hours as sales ramp up, so I’m keen to build a reliable, long-term collaboration. Deliverables & workflow – Prompt pick-up or callback within agreed time slots. – Clear, concise call notes entered into our shared sheet (or the CRM you prefer). – Polite follow-through until the customer confirms the matter closed.
