Cold Calling – Real Estate Agents in Germany (Native German Needed)

I’m looking for a native-level German speaker to do cold calling to real estate agents in Germany. The offer is simple: we provide real estate agents a free 1-month trial of our AI WhatsApp assistant (no credit card, no obligation). The assistant saves them up to 70% of admin work by answering WhatsApp leads, booking appointments based on their calendar, and qualifying prospects. Your job: Use the script we provide (you can adapt wording to sound natural). Call real estate agents during business hours in Germany. Ask if they would like to receive a short WhatsApp demo screenshot from Kristina (founder). Record the results of each call in a simple sheet. Compensation (Trial Phase): €15 fixed for 15 calls. +€1 bonus for every agent who says YES to the demo. (Maximum €30 payout if all 15 say yes.) If the test goes well, we’ll continue with more calls every week, higher call volumes, and higher bonuses. Requirements: Native/fluent German and confident phone voice. Basic cold calling experience is a plus (not required if motivated). Reliable, can make calls during German business hours. This is a quick paid trial. If you do well, we’ll move to long-term cooperation.
