We are looking for a remote Customer Service Representative to assist our Customer Service team in providing TVape’s customers with an exceptional customer service experience. Any interested applicant is required to be available to work in our time zone without exception.
As a Customer Service Representative at TVAPE you will be in charge of using all tools at your disposal to ensure our customers receive the best experience possible.
• Answering Customer Service e-mails and phone calls
• Assisting with the processing of warranties
• Data entry, record keeping, and maintenance of files
• Office administration duties/tasks
• Other tasks as assigned by management
• 3 + years customer service experience, working in a call center or through live chat
• 1 + years of experience using Zendesk
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Must be Personable, friendly and energetic
• High attention to detail
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills in English required
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication in French or Spanish is preferred, but not required
• Must be willing to work in EST Time zone from minimum 10am to 6:30PM
• Knowledge of various brands and models of vaporizers is preferred, but not required
