Dentrix Billing Specialist Needed

I need an experienced insurance billing professional who can jump straight into our general dentistry workflow and keep our Dentrix ledger clean and current. Your day-to-day focus will revolve around three core responsibilities: • Claim submissions: prepare, scrub, and transmit claims promptly, following up until each one is accepted. • Payment posting & reconciliation: post EOBs and EFTs accurately, balance them against production, and flag any discrepancies for review. • Insurance verification: confirm benefits ahead of appointments, note frequency limitations, and update coverage tables in Dentrix. Because we rely on Dentrix G7, I’m looking for someone who knows the software inside out—batch processing, reports, and ledger tools should feel second nature to you. If you already understand the nuances of general dentistry codes, downgrades, and narrative requirements, you’ll fit right in. Communication happens through HIPAA-compliant email and our VoIP line, and I provide remote Dentrix access and payer portals.
