We are currently hiring Remote Dispatchers to support our U.S.-based home services platform. NeighborNest has been operating in the service coordination space for several years and continues to expand into new markets across the United States. This is a stable, long-term remote position within an established system. Dispatcher Responsibilities Include: • Monitoring inbound service requests on external platforms • Logging job bookings into our internal system • Assigning approved contractors to confirmed jobs • Updating job status and maintaining communication with providers • Monitor cancellations on external platforms, so you can update our internal when needed. • Create and launch up to 6 accounts per week on external platforms. You will be working inside our structured operations platform with onboarding, SOPs, and internal dashboards provided. We pay every week, directly from our website. You can also track daily earnings in your wallet! No fees and make up to $150.00 a week! Application Process: All applicants must apply directly through our platform.
