This sounds totally up my street, as I do a small children's craft subscription box, which involves the same type of tasks. I enjoy data entry, keep a check on where items are and keeping in touch with the client. My bid would cover 3 days but if this is an ongoing task which is hopefully going to get busy for you due to the time of year, I would be up for discussion. I would sent you an inventory of the days orders, deliveries, customer issues, and how I dealt with these. in a short data sheet. Again all masks I have had to deal with many times.
