Once the information comes in, you’ll enter it into our Excel template and update the notes field in our CRM so everyone on the team can see the latest status. If a client needs time to pull records, you’ll schedule and execute follow-up calls or emails, keeping a clear contact log so we can demonstrate due diligence during any audit.
