I need a dedicated professional to handle all incoming customer calls. The entire focus is phone support, so every interaction happens live on the line—no emails or chat channels at this stage. Clear, confident communication is the single most important skill for this role. Callers should leave each conversation with accurate answers and a positive impression of our brand. A warm tone, proper call etiquette, and the ability to record concise notes in our CRM are essential. Bonus points if you naturally solve problems and bring an empathetic approach, but the priority is crystal-clear verbal communication. You’ll receive a VOIP login, product FAQ, and a brief onboarding session. After a short shadow period you’ll take calls independently and escalate only those rare issues that fall outside our playbook. Deliverables • Answer live customer calls during the agreed shift • Document every interaction in the CRM immediately after each call • Submit a daily summary of call volume and recurring issues Send a short voice sample or link to past phone support work so I can hear your speaking style.
