Your daily focus will be: • Answering presales questions, guiding visitors toward the right product, and encouraging conversions. • Handling general customer service requests—order status, basic troubleshooting, policy questions—and escalating anything complex to the proper team. • Keeping response times low, tone friendly, and chat histories well-documented so anyone can pick up where you leave off. Excellent written English, a clear and engaging style, and natural problem-solving skills are essential. If you’ve previously managed simultaneous chats, upsold during conversations, or worked with CRMs that integrate with LiveChat, please mention it. I’ll provide brand guidelines and a short knowledge-base; you’ll be expected to get up to speed quickly and suggest improvements as you spot patterns. Let me know your typical availability (including time zone) and any metrics you’ve achieved—average handle time, CSAT, or conversion rates.
