Mystery Shopper in Kazakhstan

The task is a single, short visit to an assigned retail store here in Kazakhstan. During the trip you will secretly evaluate how the branch performs, then submit a concise report through my template. Focus areas: • Customer service quality – note greeting, assistance offered, attitude and closing of the interaction. • Product availability – confirm whether key items on a short SKU list are in-stock or out-of-stock. • Store cleanliness – remark on aisles, shelves, fitting rooms and washrooms. • Promotional displays – photograph and comment on any current promo standees or end-caps. I will supply the scenario script, the checklist and a simple photo guide as soon as you accept. The whole visit should take about 20–30 minutes, and the written feedback plus 4–6 supporting photos should be uploaded within 12 hours of leaving the store. Acceptance criteria 1. All checklist questions answered with clear, objective observations. 2. Time-stamped photos proving you were on site and that displays, shelves and service counters were inspected. 3. No store staff alerted to the mystery-shopping nature of the visit. You only need a smartphone with a working camera and the ability to follow instructions exactly once.
