Because most of our audience is Chinese-speaking, clear, friendly, and accurate written communication in Mandarin is essential. Prior hands-on customer support experience and a solid grasp of social media management practices will let you hit the ground running. If you already use WeChat and QQ professionally, that’s perfect, as these are our primary channels for both internal coordination and end-user contact. The role is 100 % remote with flexible scheduling as long as agreed deadlines are met. I pay promptly and review compensation periodically based on the quality and consistency of your results.
