I need a reliable coordinator who can keep our snack-loving customers happy and our orders moving smoothly. Day to day you will pull incoming sales orders from our e-commerce back-office (we’re on a smaller, custom platform—not Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento), check them for accuracy, and push them to our third-party logistics partner so every shipment leaves on time. You’ll also be the first line of contact for customer questions that arrive by email and social media. That means tracking down order statuses, answering product questions, logging any issues, and closing the loop once the parcel is in the customer’s hands. Clear, friendly writing and a knack for turning a frustrated buyer into a fan are essential. Because everything hinges on tight coordination, you’ll reconcile orders at least once per day, flag stock shortages early, and maintain a simple spreadsheet (or similar dashboard) so I can see at a glance what has shipped, what’s pending, and where follow-ups are required. Acceptance criteria • All new orders entered into the logistics queue within 4 business hours • Customer enquiries acknowledged within 2 hours and fully resolved within 24 hours • Daily report summarising orders sent, back-orders, and open tickets If you have previous experience juggling order management, customer service, and 3PL communication, I’d love to hear how you can streamline our operation.
