Virtual Receptionist (Live Video Checkout + Phone Support | 16 hrs/week) ⸻ Overview: Movement Improvement is a modern, receptionless massage therapy clinic seeking a proactive Virtual Receptionist to provide live video checkout assistance and phone reception support. This is an active, on-camera and on-task role—ideal for someone skilled in client communication, tech platforms, and self-directed work. ⸻ Hours & Pay: • $20/hr (non-negotiable) • Tues–Fri, 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM Pacific (16 hrs/week) • Long-term potential ⸻ You’ll Use: • JaneApp – Patient billing, scheduling, session notes • GoHighLevel – Phones, CRM, internal messaging, campaigns • Microsoft 365 – Outlook, Excel, Teams ⸻ Primary Responsibilities: • Greet patients via live video kiosk during checkout (after massage sessions) • Collect payments, assist with rescheduling, process tips • Answer and return phone calls using GoHighLevel VoIP system • Support patients with basic questions or redirect when necessary ⸻ Additional Tasks During Downtime: When not in a call or checkout session, you’ll be expected to: • Clean and update patient records in GoHighLevel • Create/edit email + SMS templates (we provide copy direction) • Call inactive patients for reactivation • Cold-call local businesses to introduce massage programs • Handle follow-ups or internal task lists proactively ⸻ What We’re Looking For: • Reliable, polished presence on video and phone • Fast learner with strong tech skills • Proactive mindset: sees what needs doing and does it • Experience in wellness, healthcare, or customer service preferred
