Your main responsibility will be answering incoming calls, greeting every caller professionally, collecting the information they need—or directing them to the right person—and making sure no enquiry slips through the cracks. Fluent, confident English is essential; our callers expect clarity, warmth and a can-do attitude each time they ring. If you already work with cloud phone tools such as Google Voice, Zadarma, Zoom Phone or similar, you will feel right at home, but any solid VoIP experience is welcome. You’ll log each conversation in our shared sheet so the team can pick up where you left off, note follow-ups and track recurring questions. Consistent availability during the agreed schedule and prompt reporting at the end of every shift will round off the job.
