I’m rolling out a brand-new showroom and need one capable person to see the project through two clear phases. Phase 1 – Launch campaign You will act as promotional staff, driving awareness through targeted online and offline marketing and lively in-store promotions. Expect to schedule and run social posts, basic ad placements, influencer or community outreach, and then translate that buzz into foot-traffic with engaging in-store activities, giveaways, and point-of-sale displays. All creative assets and collateral will be supplied; your job is to plan the calendar, execute on the ground, and report back daily on reach and walk-ins. Phase 2 – Ongoing store in-charge Once the ribbon is cut, you step straight into store leadership. Inventory management comes first: tracking SKUs, flagging low stock, and coordinating timely reorders. At the counter you will uphold warm, solution-oriented customer service, converting visitors into loyal clients. Finally, you will close each day with concise sales reporting that I can plug straight into our dashboards.
