Your focus areas: • Respond to every chat inquiry in real time, keeping average wait-time low. • Diffuse and resolve complaints calmly—escalating only when a solution truly requires higher-level action. • Provide basic technical guidance (login, password, feature glitches) and document recurring issues so we can spot patterns early. - Manage telegram account I already have the live-chat tool in place; you simply log in, follow the canned-response library where relevant, and personalise answers when the situation calls for it. Shift scheduling is flexible as long as coverage is consistent and you can commit to agreed hours each week. Deliverables I track: 1. Response time within 6 hours minimally 2.
