We are looking for a warm, professional Virtual Appointment Coordinator to join our growing financial education and life insurance team. This is not a high-pressure sales role. We are looking for someone who is personable, organized, confident on the phone, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people. Your role will include: • Calling and texting leads who have requested information • Building rapport and creating a comfortable experience • Pre-qualifying potential clients • Booking Zoom appointments with Deanna Privette • Organizing and follow-up inside our CRM • Helping prospects feel educated, cared for, and excited for their appointment The ideal person: • Has a calm, trustworthy, polished communication style • Speaks fluent, clear English • Is dependable, organized, and coachable • Feels comfortable speaking with families and professionals • Can follow systems while still sounding natural and human • Is not overly “salesy” or aggressive About us: We are an education-first life insurance and retirement planning agency specializing in Indexed Universal Life (IUL) strategies and helping families create long-term financial security.
