Responsibilities: • Call enquiry leads provided by us • Ask basic questions to understand the customer's requirement • Identify whether the lead is genuine and interested • Update the information properly in Excel Requirements: • Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English • Polite and confident speaking style • Experience in telecalling or customer support preferred • Must have a mobile phone and internet connection • Minimum 80–120 calls per day • Flexible timing • Calls can be made from their own phone. Recharge amount will be provided by us to support calling activity.
