We have applicants all day applying to healthcare jobs that require a lot of certifications and applicants need to be emailed the list of required documents and the customer support agent needs to look at the documents and remind the job applicant of the missing documents, because they always do things wrong the first time and need to be contacted until every needed document is received. Speed and keeping pressure on the applicant to send the documents is important. We will provide you with training and scripts, no creative thinking required, or complex problem solving. Just speed and diligence to remind applicants to send their documents 7 days a week.
This project is a long term minimum 1 year, hourly pay. We want a long trusting relationship with you.
