We're a growing eCommerce website intensely focused on customer satisfaction and we're looking for an experienced eCommerce Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Here are some of the tasks required:
- Respond in a timely manner to emails through our ticket system
- Provide incoming phone support & online chat
- Handle Warranty cases
- Liaise with overseas suppliers to troubleshoot product issues
- Virtual assistant ready to help us with other various tasks such data administration
- On a daily basis responding to 80-100 emails plus 30+ phone calls is expected.
- Minimum 3 years experience in eCommerce customer support for a products based business including Email, Phone & Chat
- EXCELLENT written and verbal skills.
- Good phone manner
- Can work Australian Eastern Business Hours
- Reliable home internet connection
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Multitasking is a must. Will need to provide both quality and quantity in terms of responses
- Live in the Manila Greater Metropolitan area.
