Most interactions will happen by phone, and I also schedule video meetings with clients and internal teams, so you must feel comfortable on camera as well as on a headset. Your spoken English should be smooth and easy to understand; accents are welcome as long as clarity is never an issue. Because my calendar changes often, I value flexibility over geography—whatever time zone you live in, be ready to adjust when a call or meeting is set.
