I am looking for someone 100 percent fluent in English (additional languages are a plus), to act as a customer support agent via a text livechat.
The goal is to give answers to the visitors asking us questions via our live chat.
Ideally, this person has to be able to work to cover the full European time zone from Monday to Friday during working hours, that is to say from 8:45am to 5:45pm GMT+1.
Key skills needed to do the job well:
* You need to be a good english writer (if you are fluent in other languages this can also be a plus!).
* You need to be available and connected for this job from Monday to Friday during European work hours, from 8:45am to 5:45pm GMT+1.
* When someone enters the chat, you need to answer quickly (< 2 seconds).
* You'll need to understand our service and the service we provide in order to answer to people. But we'll help you on that: it's easy to understand in any case. :)

Making sure you don't make any mistakes in English is important to us.
Making sure your answers are always funny and POSITIVE is also very important to us.
Making sure your average response time is really short is important to us.
